It would be an understatement to say I have been a little emotional lately.  In fact my emotions have been a crazy roller coaster ride lately.  I have been finding new ways to center myself.  

The most recent is to walk outside and feel the sun and wind on my face.  I often times just lay down in the backyard and come back to my senses.  

Sometimes this works and I know what I should do next, other times it gives me a little break from this emotional roller coaster.  Even a couple of breaths of stillness can help.

Question to consider:  How do you ground yourself or find your center when you feel lost?
