Sterling Sunday

Poor conehead has an ear infection...he is still needing healing energy!

That is my Godson watching Sterling, so grateful for a full house this weekend.

I am cultivating beauty in my life, so I am changing my focus to what I want instead of what I don't want or need.

Year One: (April 14th, 2012-April 15, 2013) I decided to focus on finding something everyday that made me smile.

Year Two: (April 30th, 2013-May 1st, 2014) I am going to focus on inspiration.

Year Three: (May 2nd 2014, - May 3rd 2015) I am going to focus on loving and serving others, I will discuss the moments of celebration and the bumps associated with gaining competence as a healer.

Year Four: (June 28th, 2015 - June 29th, 2016) I am going to focus on finding, listening to and speaking my voice. Exploring what exactly that means.
